Shipping

We pride ourselves on being able to offer our customers excellent value for money and excellent service. That's why we offer shipping from our warehouses in the US, the UK, the EU, Canada, Australia and other countries via EMS, DHL and DPD.

International shipping 

We are proud to offer international shipping services. Right now we are shipping products to the US, the EU, the UK, Canada (excl. Manitoba, Saskatchewan), Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Norway, Chile and Peru.

Lost/Missing Packages

We are not responsible if the wrong address is provided during the booking process. Make sure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the order originally placed for you, free of charge.

We are not responsible for any customs duty when the goods are shipped. By purchasing our products, you accept that one or more packages may be sent to you and customs fees may apply when they arrive in your country.

If your item is lost in transit (with confirmation from the carrier ), you can apply for a replacement or credit your account for the lost item. Details are described in our Return policy.
In this case, you must file a loss claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Such applications and claims will be handled by us at our sole discretion as we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.

The maximum delivery time is 20 business days.

Package tracking information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, but sometimes tracking is unavailable due to free shipping.

What if my tracking says "no information available at the moment"?

For some carriers, it takes 2-5 business days to update the tracking information in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and your tracking number is still missing, please contact us.

Will my items be shipped in one package?

For logistical reasons, items within the same purchase are sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
